From planning to sell my 1st home to actually selling and purchasing a new home, she was there every step of the way. Maria instantly becomes a friend when you meet and start working with her. When I first met her she advised me on ways to stage the home to get a quicker sale for as much as possible. I actually didn't put my home on the market for over a year when I was sure I was ready to. Even when putting the home on the market, Maria let me know I had the upper hand and even if I changed my mind and decided to not sell I could always do that. Maria is available whenever you call and keeps you constantly updated on the process. Once I sold my home, it was on to task number 2 which was finding a new home. I thought I would drive her crazy and wear her out with going out to view so many homes but she assured me that it was not an issue and we were going to look until we found the one, no matter how long it took or how many homes we had to go view. She worked with my schedule perfectly and was always willing to do 2nd viewings if I wanted to. I love her honesty on what she thinks of a home and even giving you a look or flat-out "NO!" to something that is not right yet still letting you know it's your decision. Selling and buying a home is a process but I never had a worry knowing that I had Maria on my side. She is great at negotiating. Maria has someone for everything from getting pre-approved for a mortgage, inspections, repairs, etc. I would definitely work with Maria again and recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell.

She was on point and available whenever we needed her and responded immediately. It took us awhile to find a home and she was completely patient with us. I lost count on how many homes we actually saw but whenever we were interested in seeing something she was right there. The buying experience went smooth with her help, and we bought a short sale, so if you know anything about them, that's saying something. We won't use anyone else but Maria in the future. Oh, and now that we have our home her references of contractors were excellent as well. She is a great person surrounded by great people. Hard to find these days.
